Agency Partner Program

AI delivery
your clients
can't see the seams of.

White-label production AI for digital agencies, consultancies, and systems integrators. You own the client relationship. I build the thing that ships. No conflicts, no competing, no brand confusion.

Your clients want AI.
You need someone who's done it before.

Most agencies are great at strategy, design, and product. Production AI is a different discipline — one that requires knowing what happens after the demo, how to build evaluation infrastructure, and how to architect systems that don't collapse at the first real load test.

This program gives you a technical delivery partner you can bring in on AI-heavy engagements. Your name on the work. My architecture under it. Fixed deliverables, defined scope, no surprises for your client or your margin.

01

No brand conflicts

I don't pitch your clients directly. I don't show up on LinkedIn tagging their name. The relationship is yours. I am a named or unnamed technical partner, whichever you prefer.

02

Fixed scope, fixed risk

Every engagement has a defined deliverable. You know what you're selling before you close the deal. No "it depends" on delivery — the scope conversation happens before the SOW, not after.

03

Production-first delivery

Everything I ship goes into production. Evaluation harness, observability, human-in-the-loop, runbooks. Your client gets a system, not a demo. That's the thing that generates referrals.

04

Mountain Time, full US overlap

Nearshore delivery from Hermosillo, Mexico. Full overlap with every US timezone. Your client gets the quality of a senior US engineer at a rate that works for your margin structure.

05

15 years of production systems

Insurance, supply chain, travel, fintech. The kinds of systems where failure has consequences. The credibility you can put in a proposal without exaggerating.

06

Clean handoff documentation

Every engagement ends with runbooks, ADRs, and operations playbooks your client's team can own. Reduces ongoing support obligations for your agency.

The AI work your clients
actually need built.

These are the engagement types I take through the partner program. Each comes with a defined scope template you can use in proposals.

Document Intelligence
Extraction pipelines for unstructured documents — PDFs, contracts, invoices, reports. LLM-backed parsing with structured output, validation layer, human review queue for edge cases. Integrated into your client's existing data stack.
Agent Workflows
Multi-step automation using LLM agents — routing, tool use, human-in-the-loop escalation. The kinds of workflows that replace 3–5 manual steps with one automated process. Built with LangGraph or n8n depending on client's technical maturity.
Internal Copilots
RAG systems over internal knowledge bases. Customer support copilots, internal ops assistants, sales intelligence tools. Privacy-aware architecture — client data never leaves their infrastructure unless they choose.
AI Readiness Sprint
Two-week diagnostic engagement. Operations audit, data shape assessment, architecture recommendation. Delivered as a written report with implementation roadmap. Sells well as a standalone pre-project engagement to reduce risk for your client.
LLM Infrastructure
Routing layers, semantic caching, eval harnesses, observability stacks. The underlying infrastructure for clients who are already building AI products and need production reliability. Works as an augment to an existing client team.

From brief to shipped.
Four steps.

01

You send the brief

One page. What the client needs, their stack, their timeline, their budget range. I'll tell you within 48 hours if it's a fit and what the scope looks like.

02

We align on scope

A short call to define deliverables, milestones, and the client interface model — whether I'm visible to the client or not. I give you a fixed quote you can markup and include in your SOW.

03

I build it

Async-first delivery with regular milestone reviews. You get progress reports you can share with the client. I stay in your communication lane — no direct client outreach without your say.

04

Clean handoff

Production deployment, documentation, runbooks, operations playbook. Everything your client needs to own it. You present the final deliverable. I'm the engineer behind it.

How the economics
actually work.

No surprises. The partner program is straightforward — here are the terms before you request the brief.

Pricing model
Fixed-price per engagement. I quote a number, you markup for your margin, client sees your price. No hourly billing, no scope creep surprises.
Minimum engagement
8 weeks · Below this, there isn't enough time to do production-quality work. The AI Readiness Sprint is the exception at 2 weeks.
Client visibility
Your choice. I can be an unnamed technical resource, a named specialist subcontractor, or anything in between. We align on this before the engagement starts.
Conflict policy
No direct solicitation of your clients. Ever. I won't pitch them, won't engage with them on LinkedIn after the engagement, won't use them as references without your approval.
Capacity
2–3 partner engagements per year. This is intentionally small. Each engagement gets real attention, not a junior handoff.
Payment terms
50% at scope sign-off, 50% at production handoff. Wire or ACH. Invoiced in USD from Hermosillo, MX.

Send the brief.
48-hour reply.

One page is enough. Client context, what needs building, rough timeline, budget range. I'll tell you directly if it's a fit and what the scope template looks like. No pitch deck. No introductory call first.
